What Is a DTF Gang Sheet?
A gang sheet is one piece of DTF film with many designs packed together. You cut them apart and press one at a time. You pay for the sheet, not for each lonely logo sitting in a sea of empty film.

Gang sheet vs one-off transfer
A single 3-inch logo printed on a huge sheet wastes film, powder and printer time. Nesting twenty small designs on a 22-inch sheet is how the per-print cost drops.
You still press one design per garment. The gang is only a printing layout.

How to use a gang sheet
Leave a small clear border, cut each design, pre-press the shirt, press at your film’s spec (often about 300–320°F, 10–15 seconds, firm pressure), peel the way the film is labeled, then a short second press under parchment.
Empty gaps on the sheet are money you already spent. Rotate odd shapes. Mix left-chest logos with sleeve marks.
Pricing the shirt after the sheet
Sheet cost ÷ usable designs is transfer cost. Add the blank, press minutes, waste and fees. Do not sell a $4 left chest because “the gang was cheap” if you only sell three of the twenty designs this month. Unsold transfers still cost you.
